By next week the contractor should be complete with his sub-grade construction work THEN underground utility work will starts by others followed by County road crews placing crushed surface rock. A gravel road surface for the public to use could be available 2-3 weeks from now depending on weather conditions. Paving will follow this Spring during better weather conditions.
