As of November 10, 2020, the parties have reached tentative agreement on the
following contract articles: 1 - Recognition, 2 - Union Security, 5 - Grievance,
7 - Benefits (Insurance), 9 - Vacation, 10 - Holidays, 12 - Working Conditions,
13 - Discipline and Discharge and 15 - Savings Clause.
Copies of those tentative
agreements are attached. Tentative agreements are subject to ratification of
the entire agreement by both parties.
The County has presented formal contract proposals for Articles 6 - Wages, 8 -
Sick Leave, 11 - Leaves, 14 - General Provisions, 16 - Term of Agreement, and
Appendix A (salary scales).
Those are pending
negotiations and are attached. Each proposal is identified and dated as seen
in the footer.
